I chose this site because, i liked how it connected with the stretford road.......
Site Location
Major Roads
I chose to just focus on winter and summer.It even gets worse during winter. On the right we see how the sun changes direction in different seasons. I chose to just focus on winter and summer.The south side of the site seems to be recieving more sun in both seasons.
The Site is shaded by alot of trees generally thoughout the day. In the afternoon it becomes even more due to the tall building surrounding it. This could be a problem with the site. It even gets worse during winter.
Sun Path
Expanding The site taking away all the barriers and constraints. To enable it to easilyy accesible by vechiles and cars... to emphasise the idea of connection.
Removing barriers to introduce connection into the site.

Ways of entering the Site
The Site currently has a fence so its not very acessible on the side facing the Princess road all round to the end of leaf street. But the idea is to get rid of the fence to make it accessable through all sides
