Along the long stretch walk way there will be Landscaped Micro orchids full of herbs, flowers etc. To encourage local farming
There will be Metting Rooms and few exclusive apartments on the top side, which will will have exceptional views
Along the walkway there will also be sitting areas for people to relax, I got this from the skyline in manhattan.
Half of the building will be underground. At the food area, there will be lots of Modular Repetitive stalls, with different varieties of cuisines.

1.Landscaping- Some of the Residents in Hulme took a survey by the City council to find out what people wanted spyder park to be. When votes were calculated, majority wanted it to remain a green space.
2. Lighting- Due to the fact the lighting on my site is not the best. I have to look at a number of lighting schemes, e.g solar energy.
3.Food Stalls- 1/3 of my project is based on markets, so I need to look at a couple designs of stalls and explore how they would fit into my building and how they will morph.
4.Circulation- My building circulation at the moment has not matured. I need to ensure that all the rooms are connecting well, there is no congestion. Just make it more sophisticated.
5. Structure- I need to take my knowledge in technologies and apply it onto my building to come up with an even more sophisticated representation of my project. I could start by making a model wtc. So i can solve some of my design issues im facing such as lighting etc.
6. Detailed Floor Plans- Need to put more details into floor plan and determine the actual parametres of each unit.
7. Elavations- I need to come up with a strong building elavation, that bring out my building even more.
8. Housing or workspaces?- I need to concentrate on the top part of my building. Need to answer some design questions.
